Trusts

Trusts come in a variety of forms and have a number of purposes. They can be used to minimize estate taxes, to avoid probate, to pass an inheritance to a person with special needs without jeopardizing public benefits, or simply to prevent minors or young adults from receiving their full share of an inheritance until a specified age.
